The West Kalimantan Provincial Transportation Agency (Kalbar) implemented a policy of putting ink on the fingers of every person who entered the province to later be determined as COVID-19 Insider Monitoring (ODP). According to Doni, there are 50 priority districts or cities that have a high risk related to the increased spread of the coronavirus and 49 percent of the area is in Java. He warned BIN studies could not occur if preventive measures continue to be carried out in a disciplined manner by the community. "If we can take preventative measures, hopefully, the case will not be as predicted," he said.uc
13 Doctors Died During the COVID-19 Plague
Chairman of the COVID-19 Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Doni Monardo said there were 13 doctors who died during the COVID-19 outbreak. This was conveyed by Doni, in a working meeting with Commission IX via video conference, Thursday (2/4/2020).
"Data from the field 13 of our doctors have passed, died," said Doni. Doni said the Task Force would classify doctors who had actually died while carrying out their duties as COVID-19 medical personnel.
According to him, it is possible that of the 13 doctors who died while not carrying out their duties as medical personnel. "We are trying to make a grouping of doctors who are really in the forefront who eventually died as heroes," he said. "But there may also be doctors who die and die, when there is no connection with their duties as health workers, because they may have different responsibilities," he added.
Earlier it was reported, the Executive Board of the Indonesian Doctors Association (PB IDI) noted that at least 13 doctors had died during the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
