Pontianak REPRESENTATIVE Governor of West Sumatra, Drs. H. Nasrul Abit, who holds the title Datuk Malintang Panai, took time to meet with the Padang people who migrated to West Kalimantan on the sidelines of their visit in order to organize the 25th Tilawatil Quran (STQ) in Pontianak. One of them visited Beringin Restaurant, Sunday (6/30) which is located on Jalan Diponogoro, at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The arrival of Nasrul Abit to stay in touch also inaugurated the reopening of the hereditary restaurant inheritance of H. Rashidin and H Rusmi (almh). The inauguration was marked by the signing on a plate which was witnessed by the management of the West Sumatra Family Association, religious leaders, community leaders, and other guests. Nasrul also appreciated the spirit of the nomads who could succeed with various pioneered efforts.
Beringin Restaurant owner, H Martias H Rasyidin thanked for the visit of the Deputy Governor of West Sumatra and inaugurated his restaurant. This moment he said, as a place of friendship for the people of Padang who migrated to West Kalimantan. "The Deputy Governor also gave his direction to us nomads, and discussed and asked questions," he said.
Martias also presents a variety of typical culinary offerings of West Kalimantan, which was welcomed by Nasrul for being able to taste a variety of interesting culinary in this province. According to Martias, it was also as a momentum to introduce West Kalimantan's local wisdom through culinary to the Deputy Governor and his entourage.
