SIMPLYASEP.COM As I recall, I have stayed at the Mercure Pontianak once, namely when I got an invitation from the General Manager (too bad I forgot his name) who gave me a free stay voucher gift at a hotel located next to Ahmad Yani Mega Mall on Ahmad Yani Street Pontianak it is.
Well, this time I returned to the 4-star hotel but not to stay (stay) but a BBQ dinner as a prize I won the Instagram photo contest of the hotel in the context of celebrating the 245th anniversary of Pontianak City.
"Good evening sir, what can we help you," said one of the Mercure staff who was ready to welcome me and my family in the receptionist room in the lobby. I also briefly introduced myself and explained the purpose of my family's arrival that night on November 4, 2016.
Not long after that I also got an envelope containing a voucher worth Rp.250,000, - (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah). This free voucher can be used for swimming, discounts for stays or just for dinner or dinner. I choose the latter: Eat
Long story short, my family in between a Mercure staff went straight to the swimming pool on the inside (behind the cafe if I'm not mistaken-ed). A quiet swimming pool with beautiful, soothing lights and on its left side displayed various dinner dishes complete with BBQ choices.
"Please, if you want to order, just choose the menu here and the chef who will cook it for you, please, please," said the BBQ officer. Due to the inclusion of dinner hours (Dinner), I chose a menu that was ready mate, aka just eat. Wait for the menu to be baked or grilled for a long time.
