Many large companies support it. Google does it. Likewise Apple and Facebook.
The Internet giant is part of a growing trend among businesses that recognizes the different relationships between healthy employees and a healthy bottom line - and they adopt a health center at work that includes chiropractic care.
"Employers now see that employee health is important outside health care costs," said Beth Bierbower, president of the Humana Entrepreneurs Group Segment. "This has a huge impact on productivity, retention, workplace involvement, and morale."

One of the earliest businesses chosen to give priority to the health of its employees is the Standard Process nutritional supplement food company based in Wisconsin. The management team was so impressed with the ongoing program initiated by employees in 1988 that in the end it took a big step by starting a health program for its own workers and another company called "Cultivate." The four core pillars? Nutrition, fitness, health education and, of course, chiropractic care.
So far, the Standard Process says it can report that around 90 percent of employees participate, which culminates in:
• Reduction of health care claims.
• Higher levels of employees who are committed to health and welfare goals.
"As evidence emerges further documenting positive results related to chiropractic care, I hope a large number of entrepreneurs will be impressed and take steps towards the inclusion of chiropractic care," said Gerard Clum, DC, from the nonprofit Foundation for Chiropractic. Progress.
